At Forever Bag, we strive to provide the best quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • To request a return, contact us with your order details and product images.

  • If the product is damaged or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Requests made after the return period
